When asked about the E. Honda AE nerfs on the Excellent Adventures of Mike “I Believe” Ross and Gootecks, Mike “Rosstradamus” Ross had this to say:

“You can nerf the character…..but you can’t nerf the player.”

Take those tierlists/changlists and stuff it where the sun don’t shine.
